Diddy could be released on May 8, 2028

According to online records from the Bureau of Prisons, Diddy is scheduled to be released on May 8, 2028. He was sentenced to 50 months for two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution, specifically for organizing and facilitating the transportation of sex workers to participate in freak-offs, orgies that he organized in various hotels around the world, in violation of federal laws against the exploitation of prostitution.

Diddy was sentenced to 4 years and 2 months in prison, but if he were released on May 8, 2028 he would serve only 3 years and 7 months, taking into account the “good conduct time”, i.e. the reduction of the sentence for good behavior during detention.

After release, Diddy will still be supervised for 5 years. He will be asked to abstain from drug use, take drug tests and attend meetings with his probation officer.
