Leire Martínez announces new single, '3 Deseos': the second preview of her new solo career

Music news

Leire Martínez is experiencing a good professional moment. After the release of La Oreja de Van Gogh, the singer's solo career is going from strength to strength. He released his first solo single My Name last April, he has collaborated on Butterflies with Saiko and has announced that he will be a member of the jury for the new edition of Operación Triunfo on Prime Video. To all this we must add the release of a new song: 3 Deseos. And the singer's second solo single arrives next Friday, July 4.

Leire Martínez has announced on her social networks that the second song of his solo career will be released in a week. A song that she announced with an impressive photo in which she appears in a garden sitting surrounded by red roses. Leire looks directly into the cameraas defiant. And if she has made one thing clear in this new era, it is that she is not going to cut corners when it comes to speaking and being herself.

This new single will be part of their debut album. An album that he has given us some clues about in his interviews. In fact, last April he spoke with WECB about the style of the album:

“There is a style on the album. I haven't gone crazy, I'm not going to make a flamenco album, I don't know how to make a flamenco album. I'm going to be protected within the framework of pop, which is what I've been doing and I'm going to continue being there. An updated pop. It can have rock reminiscences, electronic reminiscences. Suddenly a more singer-songwriter type song comes out, more acoustic things…I like that variety and getting together with different people has allowed me to do it. and has enriched the process.”

In addition, the singer will be giving her first solo tour this summer, touring some Spanish cities and meeting her fans for the first time since she left the group.
