GIORGIA enchants Milan: a concert between memory and present (Scaletta and Gallery)

At the Unipol Forum in Milan Giorgia does not arrive to demonstrate something, but to exercise an acquired right: that of inhabiting the stage as her natural space, a place where she meets the public and shows off her incredible sound art, without superfluous emphasis or celebratory rhetoric.

The tour in the sports halls – which started on November 25th – is the coherent continuation of an impressive live year in terms of numbers and continuity, but above all for artistic clarity.

Over two hours of concert that does not seek a nostalgia effect, but rather an emotional continuity between the Giorgia of yesterday and that of “G” (READ THE REVIEW) album which here finally finds a three-dimensional, carnal, breathed dimension.

The setlist is constructed like a cinematographic montage: the new songs do not ask permission from the classics, they fit naturally into a songbook that now belongs to the collective memory. “Come saprei”, “Di sole e d'azzurro”, “Strano il mio destiny” are living structures, put back into circulation by a precise, never invasive band, and by a musical direction that favors groove and subtraction.

Guests of the show Irama and Blanco who accompanied Giorgia on her journey between past and present.

Giorgia sings with a technical control that never becomes exhibitionism: the voice remains a narrative instrument, capable of bending to a whisper and exploding without ever losing center and intention.

The Forum responds compactly, across the board, participating from start to finish, confirming that success – over 100,000 tickets sold in 2025 – is not just a question of generational loyalty, but of artistic credibility.

Giorgia today is a performer who does not need to update herself by chasing the present: she passes through it with measure, choosing what to retain and what to let go.
