For the 10 years since Primo's death, “CDCE (Carne Da Campagna Elettorale)” is released on vinyl
To remember Primo 10 years after his death, Aldebaran Records – in collaboration with his father Mauro Belardi, Cor Veleno and Ibbanez – will release Primo & Squarta's single “CDCE (Carne Da Campagna Elettorale)” on vinyl for the first time.
Originally released in 2013 and so far only available via the video clip on YouTube, the song will finally arrive on physical media starting from January 1, 2026. Produced by Squarta and never distributed on streaming platforms, the piece was created with the intention of recounting the electoral campaign of the political elections of that era. The track features a vocal sample of Neffa taken from “Cani Sciolti”, while the direction of the video clip is signed by Ibbanez.
This new 10th Anniversary edition will also include the instrumental and a cappella version, but will also be embellished with the remix created by Big Joe and related instrumental. The vinyl, a 180 gram 12'' transparent red with DMM engraving, will be printed in just 300 copies.
The graphic project, curated by Ibbenez and developed taking into account Primo's tastes, combines a craftsmanship approach and artistic research. Each copy, assembled by hand, will be unique and different from the others: different color combinations are foreseen, for a print run of 50 pieces each. The creation uses the toner transfer technique with 6 frames extracted from the video clip chosen as the background of the cover, superimposed on the two-tone stencils of Primo and Squarta and of the title and the song. Inside the sleeve will be included an A5 postcard, which takes some frames of the video and shows the album's credits, laid out like an election campaign poster.
The pre-order of “CDCE (Carne Da Campagna Elettorale)” will be available from January 1st exclusively on the Aldebaran Records website.
