Tom Morello premieres “Everything Burns”, an anthem for Final Fantasy 14

The guitarist Tom Morello and the vocalist Caleb Shomo came together to create “Everything Burns”a track electric rock with a deep political message, now an essential part of Final Fantasy 14.

The song, announced earlier this month, is the title track of the official soundtrack of Arcadionthe acclaimed MMORPG. The song was released on all platforms. streaming one day after the premiere of the game's new raid series with the update 7.4 (“Into The Mist”).

The collaboration merges the riffs funkies of Morello and the voice of Shomounder the baton of the FF14 composer, Masayoshi Soken. Besides, “Everything Burns” will form parte of the next solo album by Tom Morellowhich will include singles with political positions, such as “Pretend You Remember Me” (Anti-ICE) and “Soldier In The Army Of Love” with his son, Roman Morello.

'Everything Burns' is a high-energy, riff-laden banger that feels like it came straight from the streets. Collaborating with Beartooth and super producer Tyler Smyth to forge this fierce follow-up single from my upcoming solo album was a real thrill,” Morello explained in a press release.
