The Lemon Twigs return with 'Look For Your Mind!'

Music news

The duo presents “I Just Can't Get Over Losing You”, the first preview of the album.

The Lemon Twigs is back with new music and a sound that pays homage to the golden era of power pop. Brian and Michael D'Addario announced the launch of Look For Your Mind!his next study material that will arrive on May 8, 2026 via Captured Tracks. As a first preview, the duo presented “I Just Can't Get Over Losing You”simple that inaugurates this stage.

With this material, the brothers D'Addario continue a creative stage that began with Everything Harmony (2023) and A Dream Is All We Know (2024), works that consolidated his style inspired by the aesthetics of the 60s and 70s. In Look For Your Mind! They once again explore bright guitars and vocal harmonies, although now they also reveal a much more reflective background in their lyrics.

“I Just Can't Get Over Losing You” It mixes guitars and harmonies that refer to classic pop, in addition to standing out for its luminous sound; However, like the other 13 pieces that make up the material, the album addresses themes related to the confusion and uncertainty of the present. This nuance gives a conceptual air to the project, achieving a fresh balance that is faithful to the identity that the duo has developed throughout their career.

Another novelty of the project is the participation of some musicians who are part of the group's live lineup. Among them stand out Reza Matin on the battery, Danny Ayala in the bass and Eva Chamberswho also contributes voices and some instruments. Their collaboration helped capture an energy closer to what the band usually displays on stage.
