Tropical Ice Creamis a collaborative album between Helado Negro and Reyna Tropical.

The style of Roberto Carlos Langebetter known as Black Ice Creammerges with the proposal of Tropical Queen on their new collaborative album, Tropical Ice Creamwhich will arrive next July 17 through Psychic Hotline. As a first preview of this project, they released “Touching”a song that encapsulates the organic, warm and emotional sensitivity that characterizes both projects.

This collaboration arose spontaneously during a recording session originally intended for a single single; However, the chemistry was such that the project evolved into a complete album. The result promises a journey through nine themes where tropical rhythms, ethereal atmospheres and a search linked to movement, nature and identity coexist.

“Touching” is the first preview of that collaborative universe, where Black Ice Cream and Tropical Queen They build an intimate and contemplative atmosphere, a hallmark that the two have perfected in their individual projects. The lyrics expose the fragility of love, which can transform over time, and the need to reconnect with oneself.

The release is accompanied by a music video directed by Josh Finckin which we see Robert and Fabiola Visit a supermarket in a relaxed way, wrapped in a retro aesthetic. In the end, the union between both artists seeks to transmit calm, movement and community from a Latin, experimental and contemporary sound vision.
