From the Circus Maximus in Rome comes an evening of music and reflection dedicated to one of the most complex social emergencies of the present.

This evening, Monday 22 June at 9.15pm on Rai 1, “Vita! Il concerto” will be broadcast live, an event created on the occasion of the World Day against Drugs and Addiction.

The concert will be hosted by Giorgia Cardinaletti and Nek. Guests Lorella Cuccarini and Raoul Bova.

THE GUESTS

Andrea Bocelli, Annalisa, Gianni Morandi, Biagio Antonacci, Emma, Antonello Venditti, Alessandra Amoroso, Gigi D'Alessio, Riccardo Cocciante and Il Volo will take to the stage, accompanied by the Nuova Orchestra Sinfonietta directed by Maestro Leonardo De Amicis.

Inspired by the song “Vita”, with Mogol's famous verse “Vita in te ci credo” and the unforgettable interpretation of Lucio Dalla and Gianni Morandi, the concert aims to be an opportunity for collective participation around a universal theme. Because a song or a concert cannot change the world, but they can help spread good practices. A double challenge, aimed at the children of today and the children of yesterday, summarized in the international slogan of the event: “Believe in yourself, in a life full of health”.

“Life! The concert” is presented by the three major music institutions, AssoConcerti (Italian Live Music Association), Fimi (Italian Music Industry Federation), and Siae (Italian Society of Authors and Publishers) and created in collaboration with the Garda Valley Foundation, a non-profit foundation – Third Sector organisation, founded in 2019 and dedicated to research, promotion and scientific dissemination activities on the topics of “longevity in full health”, with the patronage of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Tourism.
The proceeds from the event, exclusively net of VAT and Siae, will be donated to the Agostino Gemelli Irccs University Polyclinic Foundation to support research and treatment activities.
