Oversuit continues to release previews of what will be Pure Devotionhis next album, which will be released on August 7 through XL Recordings. On this occasion, the British duo presented “Even Angels Ghost”a single in collaboration with the singer Kindora.

With “Even Angels Ghost”the project formed by the brothers Tom and Ed Russell presents a song that was born after he discovered the American artist through bandcamp. From there, they began using samples of his voice in 2022 songs like “Gunk” and “Cold Blooded”; It was thanks to that connection that today both artists meet on this song.

Regarding collaboration, Tom Russell pointed out that it arose due to the attraction they feel for certain vocal nuances and that the voice of Kindora represents exactly what they are looking for in a performance. The result is a piece with an enveloping atmosphere, accompanied by an intimate interpretation that reinforces the most sensitive side of the project..

For its part, Kindora explained that the track It was born from a moment of personal vulnerability where his habit of overanalyzing his interactions and emotions was reflected. Likewise, he highlighted the closeness he developed with the brothers Russel during the creative process, which allowed us to shape a piece that emerged naturally.
