The group shares a preview of their next album.
Lost Acapulco come back with “Seismic”a new single that joins “Kangoora” and “Death By Robots” such as the songs released so far in 2026. The band, originally from Mexico, presents a piece that shows why it has remained one of the most prominent references in the surf scene in the country since the mid-nineties.
“Seismic” proposes a sound journey that proposes a long instrumental journey, developed between changes of rhythm, passages full of tension and an execution that preserves the characteristic seal of Lost Acapulco. The topic is part of Death By Robotsthe next album that the group is preparing.
This release works as a new example of the creative moment that the band is experiencing and shows that, since its formation in 1996, it has continued to consolidate its place within national surfing. His proposal, influenced by classic surf, garage and pop culture, has become part of his identity, just like the wrestler masks and floral shirts that distinguish his concept.
With “Seismic”, Lost Acapulco presents a single that reaffirms that the group continues to explore new sounds without losing the energy or personality that have characterized it since its debut in 1998 with the album 4produced by Danny Amismember of The Straitjackets.
