The-Clash-The-World-According-to-The-Clash-2026
On November 13th “The World According to The Clash” arrives, a collection by The Clash originally created in 1982 for US radio stations and which has so far remained out of the official catalog intended for the public.
Published by Sony Music, the compilation collects 11 songs and documents a crucial phase in the history of the band made up of Joe Strummer, Mick Jones, Paul Simonon and Topper Headon. The project was born during the period preceding Combat Rock, released in 1982 and destined to become the Clash’s best-selling album.
The collection includes some of the group’s most recognizable titles, including Should I Stay or Should I Go, Rock the Casbah, London Calling and Lost in the Supermarket. There are also songs linked to the band’s more experimental phase, marked by Sandinista! and from the contamination with reggae, funk and the nascent New York hip hop culture.
THE FORMATS

The World According to The Clash will be released on November 13th in limited edition orange vinyl, red vinyl, CD and digital formats. The audio has been entirely remastered, while the new graphics were designed by the band.
The orange vinyl is accompanied by an exclusive poster available on the Sony Music Store. The red vinyl edition will instead be distributed exclusively by Feltrinelli and IBS.
