Miley Cyrus is number one again on the Billboard 200, a first since Bangerz in 2013. Released on September 18, Bass Persuadesthe tenth studio album by the singer, who now simply signs Miley, starts with 61,000 album-equivalent units in the United States, according to Luminate. It is his sixth album to top the American album chart, ahead of Dandelion by Ella Langley and That’s Just Me by Riley Green.
