The theme explores the contradictions of love.

She Wants Revenge is back after more than 15 years of absence with The Lovedhis next album that will arrive on February 12, 2027. The announcement was accompanied by the release of “Black Wax/Our Love”the album’s lead single, which works as proof that the essence of the duo made up of Justin Warfield and Adam Bravin continues present.

According to Adam, “Black Wax/Our Love” is inspired by the project’s fascination with the contradictions of love and the way this feeling can be beautiful, but at the same time destructive. In addition, it is accompanied by a post-punk sound that evokes the dark side of the subject through an atmosphere that has increasing tension.

The launch is also accompanied by a video directed by bravinwho constructed a clip with a cinematic aesthetic in which he sought to capture an ambiguous and disturbing, but attractive concept. The proposal leaves space for the viewer to create their own interpretation, so the images have the same importance as the music.

From this new track, She Wants Revenge begins a new stage that coincides with the celebration of the twentieth anniversary of their self-titled debut album. With “Black Wax/Our Love”the project begins a phase that promises to explore the tensions between desire, darkness and love, revealing a sound evolution that shows that, despite the passage of years, the project continues to reinvent itself.
