Baby Gang has been arrested again, he is also accused of attacking his partner

Baby Gang's list of crimes and arrests is longer than his discography.

On March 4 he was sentenced to 2 years and 8 months for receiving and possession of an illegal pistol with an abraded serial number. On 11 September 2025, he was arrested as part of an investigation coordinated by the Lecco Prosecutor's Office, where, during a search, they found the clandestine weapon in a hotel room in Milan. This occurred immediately after his performance at the Emis Killa concert.

Now he has been arrested again in compliance with a precautionary custody order issued by the Lecco court for him and six other people, all believed to be part of the artist's crew. The charges are of possession, transfer and receiving of firearms and weapons of war. Added to these are robbery, aggravated injuries regarding the beating of three men that took place last June right outside Baby Gang's home and mistreatment and aggravated injuries to the detriment of his partner, a 22-year-old girl, whose nose he allegedly broke and then kicked her out of the house.
