After having entrusted Denis Lavant, a figure of French cinema, with the clip forIn the NightBeck calls on another art house regular to Run Away : Tadanobu Asano, seen in Ichi the Killer And Shogunhere leads a solitary wandering through Tokyo.
The clip of Run Away was directed by Mikai Karl, already at the helm of previous videos taken from Ride Lonesome. Beck will go on tour from September 22 to defend this album, his first studio album in seven years and third part of a spiritual trilogy begun with Sea Change And Morning Phase.
