A song of hope and solidarity for Palestine.
The single “Lullaby” will be released on December 12 and all proceeds generated will go to the cause Together For Palestine of the organization Choose Love.
“Lullaby” It's more than a song; represents a sensitive and powerful reinterpretation of a traditional Palestinian song deeply rooted in culture, based on the melody “Yamma Mweel El Hawa”transmitted through generations.
The project achieved the collaboration of a diverse cast of artists, including: Amena, Celeste, Dan Smith (of Bastille), Eno, Lana Lubany, Leigh-Anne (of Little Mix)Mabel, Nadine Shah, Nai Barghouti, Neneh Cherry, Sura Abdo, TYSON, Yasmeen Ayyashi and Ysee.
The team behind the production of “Lullaby” is no stranger to activism through art. This is the same group of collaborators that organized the successful charity concert Together For Palestine last September. This event, actively promoted by enobrought together a constellation of stars, including Paul Weller, Damon Albarn, Nadine Shaw, Cat Burns, Rachel Chinouriri, Yasiin Bey and Dan Smithdemonstrating a sustained commitment to the Palestinian cause. “Lullaby” is the next step in this collective effort to mobilize resources and awareness through the unifying power of music.
