Death of Ethan Browne, son of Jackson Browne, actor and musician

Ethan appeared with his father on the cover of WECB shortly after his birth. He later worked as an actor, model and musician.

No cause of death was given, and the statement of Brown did not provide further details.

In 1976, whileEthan was three years old, his mother, major – that Brown had married the previous year — committed suicide. In 1981, Brown married the model Lynne Sweeneyand the couple welcomed another son, Ryanthe following year.

As an adult, Ethan worked as a model and also landed a few acting roles. He appeared in the film Hackers in 1995, made an appearance in an episode of the television series Angels of the night (Birds of Prey), and had a small role in the 2004 romantic comedy Fashion Mom (Raising Helen).

Later, Ethan turned to music. He launched a label, Spinside Recordsand teamed up with multi-instrumentalist Cat Colbert to form a duo called Alain Zane. The group released their first album, Right Before Your Eyesin 2022 via Spinside.
