Drake Accused of Copyright Infringement for What Did I Miss? Video
Drake was accused of copyright infringement for the video for the song “What Did IMiss?”
On Wednesday (November 12), photographer Gabriele Galimberti accused Drizzy of “intentional, brazen and extensive illegal infringement.”
Galimberti, in the lawsuit against Drake, claims that the artist infringed the copyright of a photo from his portrait series The Ameriguns, which shows a family in a swimming pool surrounded by various firearms.
The music video for “What Did I Miss?” features a similar scene to that portrait, showing the Canadian star standing poolside surrounded by several guns.

As XXL reports, the file against Drake reads “Without the plaintiff's consent, and without his knowledge, the defendants violated his rights by creating an entire scene from the music video featuring an unauthorized copy of the Original Work in the Infraing Video“.
Now, photographer Galimberti is asking for a jury trial and damages.
