Discover “Your Favorite Toy,” from Foo Fighters’ upcoming album, which will be released on April 24.

The Americans from Foo Fighters are releasing a new song entitled “Your Favorite Toy,” to be discovered via the player below:

“Your Favorite Toy was truly the song that defined the tone and energetic direction of the album,” Dave Grohl said in a statement. “We found it while experimenting with different sounds and dynamics for a year, and the day it took shape, I knew we had to follow in its footsteps. It’s the spark from a powder keg of songs that we recorded for this record. It gives an impression of novelty. »

Logically, Your Favorite Toy is the title of Foo Fighters' next album, which will be released on April 24. Also included is “Asking For A Friend,” previously revealed. It is also the band's first record recorded with Ilan Rubin on drums. This album arrives three years after its predecessor, entitled But Here We Are. The latter was the first record to be released since the death of longtime drummer Taylor Hawkins.

The release of this 12th studio album will be followed by a major tour, including a date at the Paris La Défense Arena on June 19. Inhaler and Otoboke Beaver will be there to provide opening acts.
