New music for Giorgio then who three years old from “Gum” returns with “Schegge”, the fourth album of unpublished unpublished on May 2nd.
A disc born from a phase of profound transformation, which collects fragments of life and collision feelings, translated into a stratified sound and in a visionary narration.
Entirely written, played and produced by Giorgio himself then between December 2022 and October 2024, Schegge was recorded in Rome – the city where the singer -songwriter returned to live after 17 years – with the supervision of Laurent Brancowitz of the Phoenix. Nine songs that move between magical realism and fulminating irony, transforming the instability into motion and the research in freedom: “I like to feel exploded, released, shot away together with everything and everyone, a chipfish of other infinite splinters”, says the artist.
Anticipated by the single men against insects, splinters confirms Giorgio's unmistakable sensitivity then, between immediate melodies, delicate ballads and an increasingly personal sound research.

The tour
Giorgio will then present the live album with a European tour, which will start on May 9th from Berlin and will touch Brussels on 11, Paris on 12 and London on May 13.
To accompany him on stage, as always, Matteo Domenichelli on bass, Francesco Aprili on drums, Benjamin Ventura on keyboards.
A return to the highly anticipated stage, after the successes and international awards collected in recent years: from the openings of the Phoenix dates in Milan, Paris and the United States, to the Asian mini tour that led him to perform in Beijing, Tianjin and Hong Kong, passing through Mexico City, where he opened the dates of the musician León Larregui, a historical leader of the Zoè. Experiences that fueled Giorgio's musical language then, always in balance between Italy and the world.
