KID YUGI announces the deluxe of “Even heroes die POST MORTEM”, the album released in 2026.

The announcement is accompanied by a trailer directed by Alessio Mariano, built on the representation of an autopsy of the artist. During the examination of the body, some objects related to Kid Yugi’s imagination are extracted, including a Yu-Gi-Oh! card, a chain, a pair of earphones, a taser, a bullet and a world map. The video thus introduces the new chapter of the project through a visual language that intertwines music, pop culture and cinematographic references.

THE CARTOON

Together with the album it will also be possible to pre-order the variant-edition of original comic starring Kid Yugi arriving on October 30th, the result of the collaboration between Sergio Bonelli Editore, Universal Music Italia and Thaurus.

After falling into a coma, Kid Yugi is summoned up Logosan underground world in which every single word can transform reality and for this reason its inhabitants are condemned to silence. Mistaken for the Chosen One, the rapper joins the young Spina and the Rebels in the fight against the High Prelate, the tyrant who controls the Core and the voice of the people. An epic, ironic and visionary adventure on the power of words: capable of creating, destroying and, above all, liberating.

Written in collaboration with screenwriter Mauro Uzzeo and drawn by a dream team composed by Ele Bruni, Saspy, Ilenia Gennari, Federico Rossi Edrighi and Samuel Spano (also author of the cover artwork), Logos is Kid Yugi’s homage to the world of mangato the books of Dylan Dog that he read as a child and to that of souls Japanese.
