Mace played at the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympic Games in Milan Cortina

Mace was among the protagonists of the opening ceremony of the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, which was held yesterday, February 6, at the San Siro Stadium in Milan.

The artist was entrusted with the composition of the original music for the Athletes' Parade, one of the central and most symbolic moments of the ceremony. A segment of great emotional and visual impact, in which Mace was able to blend sound research, contemporary identity and international scope, accompanying the entry of the Olympic delegations in a solemn and powerful atmosphere.

In addition to the composition, Mace actively took part in the ceremony also as a performer, bringing to the San Siro stage a performance with a strong artistic and representative value, capable of dialogue with the Olympic spirit and the musical language of the present.

His participation in the opening ceremony of Milano Cortina 2026 confirms Mace's central role in the Italian cultural and musical panorama, as well as the ability of his music to speak to a global audience, in an event followed by millions of spectators around the world.
