The CONI president on Ghali: “making controversy at this moment is out of place”

Tonight Ghali will perform at the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympic Games in Milan Cortina. First, however, he published a post slightly controversial about the ceremony and the fact that he is not allowed to do what he wants, he cannot sing the Italian anthem, he cannot recite a poem in Arabic, but everything seems to be aimed at publicizing his new single, Basta, released today.

Coni president Luciano Buonfiglio did not appreciate Ghali's controversy and, in this regard, commented “creating controversy at this moment is out of place. At this moment I am inclined to only read positive things”
