Miley, aka Miley Cyrus announced Bass Persuadeshis tenth studio album, out September 18 via Atlantic Records

The album inaugurates a new phase in the American artist’s career, accompanied by a visual project built together with some of the most recognizable names in photography and contemporary fashion.

The new recording chapter was anticipated by the collaboration with Wonderland Magazinefor which Miley took on the role of guest editor creating a special issue photographed by Mario Sorrenti. The styling was entrusted to Alastair McKimm, Chief Creative Officer of the magazine and Cyrus’ collaborator for the Bass Persuades universe. Mert Alas instead took care of the construction of the visual imagery linked to the album.

The album’s release also marks Miley Cyrus’ return to the stage. The artist has announced two concerts at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, set for October 16th and 18th. Pre-sale information was released at the same time as the album was announced.

In the new creative course the connection with also remains central Dolly Parton, Miley’s godmother and decisive figure in her artistic education. A relationship that over time has gone beyond the family dimension to transform into a recurring collaboration between music, television and pop culture.

Among the shared projects there is also Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party, produced by Lorne Michaels and hosted by the two artists.
