Miley Cyrus covers Journey’s “Faithfully”

Music news

Miley Cyrus performed the ’80s classic on stage at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. Check out his cover video.

Here is the video of Miley Cyrus performing the song “Faithfully”, which Journey released in 1983. All in black and white, the video shared on social networks shows her singing the anthem at Chateau Marmon (Los Angeles) in front of a Christmas tree.

Miley Cyrus previously shared a clip of her first live performance of her recent hit “Flowers,” recorded at the same venue at a pre-Thanksgiving reception. Although the tree suggests that the performance of “Faithfully” was done during the holiday season, the two videos appear to have been filmed on the same evening.

The singer did not perform a public concert for almost all of 2023, her previous concert was held at an event celebrating the New Year at the end of 2022 in Miami. The pre-Thanksgiving event marks her first public performance of “Flowers.” The only other time this track was played was during a private session in March before the release of the album Endless Summer Vacation.

Earlier this year, Miley Cyrus revealed that she had no plans to tour the arenas. His last large-scale tour was in 2014, to defend Bangers, his album released 10 years ago. She’s led a few more tours, played in her backyard, and been to several festivals since, including Glastonbury, Austin City Limits, and Lollapalooza. The singer told Vogue UK that her fans shouldn’t expect a tour featuring Endless Summer Vacation.

In a statement posted on her social networks, the singer clarified this comment. So, she returns to the lack of connection while explaining that “the reality of life on the road” is the reason why she no longer wants to tour.
