Nicki Minaj accuses Jay-Z of being a child predator
On Monday (February 2) Nicki Minaj posted shocking and harsh accusations about Jay-Z on X. The rapper claims that Jay-Z performs satanic rituals, including mutilating and sacrificing children from other countries as “blood sacrifices.”
He also called Jay Z a child predator, posting photos of the rap mogul with an underage Aaliyah and Beyoncé.
The claims went viral, amplified by media and users, even though Jay-Z did not respond. Similar conspiracy theories not grounded in music industry rituals have been circulating for years. Minaj's history of feuding has divided fans, with potential legal risks if deemed defamatory.
Meanwhile Jay-Z and Pusha T were mentioned in the new Epstein files, dating back to 2019, as protagonists of some criminal cases.
Since the files were released, the world seems to have turned against Jay-Z and Beyoncé. Many people stopped following them on social media, and Beyoncé reportedly lost over 10 million followers.
Not only that, but several notable industry figures and organizations, including Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Tina Knowles, Apple Music, and the NFL, have also unfollowed what were once considered two of pop culture's most iconic figures.
Returning to Nicki Minaj and Jay-Z, there is a feud between them that has been going on for years and it is not the first time that the rapper has made accusations against him publicly. In July, Nicki Minaj accused Jay-Z of ruining hip hop and that he owed her $100 million.
The beef between Minaj and Jay-Z stems from Tidal, the global music streaming service he co-founded in 2015. At launch, Tidal partner artists like Minaj were gifted 3% equity in exchange for creating content and driving value for the subscription service. In 2021, Jay-Z sold his majority stake in Tidal to Jack Dorsey's company Square for $302 million.
Nicki Minaj claims she did not receive adequate compensation from the settlement and has therefore accused Jay-Z of owing her millions of dollars from his stake in Tidal.
