Pharrell Williams has been named a knight of the French Legion of Honor

Pharrell Williams has been named a knight of the French Legion of Honor, the nation's highest civilian honor.

The honor was presented to Pharrell by President Emmanuel Macron in a private ceremony, which was also attended by Pusha T, Future and Quavo, which was held on January 23 at the Winter Garden of the Élysée.

Pharrell has been recognized for his commitment and contributions to music, film and the creative industries, particularly for his impact on fashion as the men's artistic director of Louis Vuitton.

Just a few days before receiving this prestigious award, Pharrell presented his new Louis Vuitton menswear collection at the Fondation Louis Vuitton during Paris Men's Fashion Week.
