The legendary singer of “ Killing Me Softly » will soon be entitled to a biopic and a documentary. Robin Roberts' company Rock'n Robin Productions has secured official rights to chronicle the life and legacy of Roberta Flack. A way to celebrate the artist, who died in February, and his major influence on soul and contemporary R&B.

Two film projects will retrace the life of Roberta Flack

Two new projects dedicated to Roberta Flack are in development, led by Rock'n Robin Productions, the company founded by Good Morning America anchor, Robin Roberts.

As revealed by Deadline, Rock'n Robin recently secured official rights to the singer's life, paving the way for two productions: a scripted biopic and a documentary. Both projects will be supervised with the help of Flack's historic managers, Suzanne Mina Koga And Joan Martin.
