Music news

Sampha publishes the new video of Can’t Go Back, song contained in his album LAHAI (READ THE REVIEW).

Directed by Saad Moosajee and starring Sampha, “Can’t Go Back” is LAHAI’s latest single accompanied by a video, along with the previous “Only” and the short film Time Travel Memories co-directed by Sampha.

It’s been an exciting few months for the British singer, songwriter and producer, who has returned to the spotlight six years after the success of his Mercury prize-winning debut album, Process.

Following the release of LAHAI, Sampha returned to the Tiny Desk to perform with his full band, putting on an impressive performance. He stopped by the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge where he recorded a cover of Steve Lacy’s “Bad Habits”. He announced his new radio series on Apple Music 1, ‘Wave Therapy,’ which is an exclusive window into the making of the album. Sampha has appeared on the covers of Epoch Review, Kaleidoscope, Office Magazine and Music Week, and has been interviewed by the New York Times and Rolling Stone Italia.

Sampha also recently appeared on the Tiny Desk format. Watch his performance.
