SANREMO 2026 – DARGEN D'AMICO in concert in Milan (Info and Tickets)

Interviews

Dargen D'Amico announces his live return to Milan on October 1st at Alcatraz.

For the Milanese event, Dargen D'Amico will go on stage together with his band, ready to present his new recording project to the public.

With “AI AI” Dargen D'Amico brings to the stage the sagacity and irony that have always distinguished his music and his writing and confirming his ability to use pop language as a space for reflection, mixing lightness and content. The song is part of the tracklist of “DOPPIA MOZZARELLA”, the new album out on Friday 27 March for Universal Music Italia.

The album is the result of two years of work, of a methodical and in-depth reflection which is explained by the title: ironic and immediate but full of meaning. That of “DOUBLE MOZZARELLA” is in fact used by Dargen D'Amico as a metaphor for today's lives, continually bombarded by stimuli that lead people to want more and more, well beyond the real needs of each of us.

THE DOCUMENT

With the song “AI AI” Dargen D'Amico also created an editorial and visual project that extends the musical performance into an investigation into the present: “AI AI – Short Documentary” was born, a cultural document designed to capture a historical moment while it is happening.

The short documentary was created with a specific objective: to observe Artificial Intelligence in its current state, without educational mediation and without simplifications. Dargen D'Amico will dialogue with leading figures of contemporary culture spanning three themes – entertainment, technology and medical science – and will reflect with them on the profound, silent, already operational industrial transformation with which AI is rewriting the way we think, create, work and communicate. Short video clips will be extracted from the short doc, designed for web and social distribution.

To support this initiative, ad hoc activations will be carried out during the days of the festival. One of these consists in the distribution of a paper fanzine.
