Shiva sentenced to 3 years and 6 months for a brawl in San Benedetto del Tronto in 2023

Shiva is accused of stabbing a person in San Benedetto del Tronto on August 30, 2023.

Also in 2023 and regarding this accusation, the rapper was heard by the judge for preliminary investigations in Ascoli, to whom, as reported by Resto Del Carlino, he explained that that evening he was staying with four friends in a B&B in San Benedetto because he had to perform in the area. At a certain point three boys appeared under the windows of the apartment where he was staying and started throwing stones at the windows. At that point he and his four friends would have taken to the street where an argument started, which turned into a fight, so much so that the three boys from San Benedetto suffered stab wounds.

Now, the magistrate of the Ascoli Piceno court Barbara Caponetti has sentenced Shiva to 3 years and six months of imprisonment, and he was tried with an abbreviated trial. In addition to him, his friends Boris Bentil, Patrick Raimo and Simone Dannis Alvaro Recrosio were sentenced to 3 years and 2 months.
