Sleaford Modsthe influential post punk duo from Nottingham, have surprised their fans with the release of “Elite GOAT”an energetic new single that features an unexpected collaboration from the New Zealand singer-songwriter Aldous Harding. The band has revealed that this piece of music is directly inspired by the legacy of the legendary David Bowieadding a layer of sophistication and experimentation to their signature sound.
This single is positioned as one of the last letters of presentation of his long-awaited eighth studio album, The Demise Of Planetwhich will be available on January 16 via Rough Trade. “Elite GOAT” It is a hypnotic and danceable piece that maintains the duo's lyrical rawness, but wrapped in a more polished production.
