Snoop Dogg unveils the video for his new single “Stop Counting My Poccets”, a tribute to West Coast gangster cinema, ahead of the release of his album 10 Til' Midnight scheduled for April 10.
Snoop Dogg has released a new single and its music video, “Stop Counting My Poccets”. The track, produced by Nottz, is taken from his upcoming album, 10 Til' Midnightexpected on April 10.
The single is accompanied by a music video directed by Luis De Pena and Yaslynn Rivera, which pays homage to classic West Coast gangster films. The video is part of a larger short film serving as a visual support for the entire album.
Shot primarily in black and white, the short features West Coast rappers Ray Vaughn, G Perico, Hitta J3 and BLK ODYSSY. The story follows two brothers, Ru Little and Do Wrong, both played by Snoop, who represent different backgrounds and backgrounds as they find themselves embroiled in a high-risk heist that goes wrong. The music video for “Stop Counting My Poccets” focuses on one of two characters.

The piece was released in partnership with the GLAAD association on the occasion of Spirit Day, an annual initiative that mobilizes influential voices to fight against the harassment of LGBTQ+ young people and their families.
