Willy the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air's mansion is for sale for just under $30 million

The iconic Los Angeles mansion, which served as the Banks family home in the 1990s sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, is up for sale for the first time in 40 years.

As reported by TMZ, the real estate company Altman Brothers will soon put the famous house on the market for just under $30 million.

Built in 1937, the 10,000-square-foot Georgian Colonial-style estate has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms and sits on a massive 38,510-square-foot corner lot in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

A Netflix series is currently being filmed in the villa and will be officially released on the market at the end of January.
