A$AP Rocky received the Style Icon of 2025 award

Last night (November 3), A$AP Rocky received one of fashion's highest honors: the Style Icon Award at the 2025 CFDA Awards, held at the American Museum of Natural History in New York. Vogue's Anna Wintour, with whom Rocky co-chaired this year's Met Gala, presented the award to the rapper.

It is no surprise that A$AP Rocky is a style icon, for years, in fact, the rapper has been walking red carpets and fashion shows with impeccably cool clothes, has dictated many fashion trends, has his own brand, AWGE, and is the creative director of Ray-Ban.

For the occasion, A$AP Rocky wore a Chanel total look, consisting of a black silk gabardine jacket and trousers, combined with a yellow silk knit top and black and white boots. Rihanna also opted for an elegant tailored look, designed by Alaïa.

In 2014, when Anna Wintour presented the same award to Rihanna, the artist wore a sheer, sparkling Adam Selman dress covered in Swarovski crystals, which is still considered one of the most famous CFDA looks today.
