Cassie Holland, 26, American ‘Cart Girl’ in Las Vegas: A Goldmine Job
Cassie Holland, a 26-year-old American, works as a “cart girl” at a high-end golf course in Las Vegas. Her job, which involves serving drinks to golfers on a golf cart, has proven to be a goldmine.
For the past two years, Cassie has been working as a “cart girl” on a prestigious golf course in Las Vegas. In simple terms, she serves drinks to golfers while driving a cart. And it’s safe to say that her bartending job is highly profitable. On average, Cassie earns between $400 and $500 in tips per day, on top of her regular salary.
Cassie, who has 2.1 million followers on TikTok, often documents her daily life on the popular social media platform.

Cassie Holland decided to become a “cart girl” after losing her job due to the Covid-19 pandemic. “At the time, someone mentioned a bartending job at a golf course. I wasn’t entirely sure what it entailed, but I needed a job, so I looked into it, and it changed my life,” the influencer explained in an interview with Insider.
She adds, “When I started, I knew nothing about golf… I learned a lot by listening to the golfers. I even began playing because golf is a great way to clear your mind and stay active.”

The Key to Earning Tips: Be Yourself and Stay Positive
According to Cassie, the best way to get tips is to stay true to yourself while maintaining a positive attitude. “I don’t think looks matter much as long as you give golfers a great experience,” she says.
Cassie also uses her cart’s decorations to grab the attention of customers. But that’s not all! She isn’t afraid to crack jokes or make funny comments to bond with the players.
She also explains that winter is a slower season for golfers, but Cassie does everything she can to make it work: “Tips aren’t as high as they are in the summer. I think it also has something to do with the change in my outfits,” she revealed to the American media outlet. As you can guess, her tips sometimes depend on the outfits she wears.
In addition, she mentions that her job occasionally creates awkward situations, especially when players want to buy drinks for women, and those women refuse.

Despite these challenges, Cassie doesn’t regret her decision: “What matters to me is having fun on the course. Sometimes I have a bad day, but I remind myself that I have a wonderful job where I can make a lot of money.”
