The clip of “Dance No More” arrives a few days before the opening of the residence Together, Together by Harry Styles. Directed by Colin Solal Cardo (who has already collaborated with Roby, Wolf Alice and Charli XCX), he transforms a high school pep rally into a giant dance floor, on one of the most dancefloor tracks of Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally.
In his new music video, Harry Styles leads the biggest pep rally ever filmed. The video of “Dance No More” begins with Styles entering a circle of musicians dancing and singing; then, when the (college) students arrive to watch it, the gymnasium turns into a dance floor, with everyone performing coordinated choreographies. In the end, couples kiss — because that's what should happen all the time. The production is by Colin Solal Cardo, who has already shot videos for Roby, Wolf Alice and Charli XCX.
The album combines pulsating and upbeat tracks like “Dance No More”, “Pop”, “Are You Listening Yet” And “Ready, Steady, Go” to more cathartic titles like “Carla’s Song” Or “Season 2 Weight Loss”. “Kiss All the Time.” Disco, Occasionally is more sensory, less star-centric than the music he's made so far.”wrote WECB in its review of the album. “Styles' vocals sometimes take a back seat to the instrumentals, filtered or drowned out in the mix. And even though there are hooks — lots of them — they too sometimes fade behind bass, grooves, quivers and shakes that are dirty, both sonically and erotically. This music is more invested in being than in meaning, in experience rather than in the ego. »
