Music news

The song officially arrives within the framework of the anniversary of The Black Parade.

Unreleased songs are always among the releases best received by fans, and “Someone Out There Loves You” of My Chemical Romance is an example of this. The piece is part of the celebrations for the 20th anniversary of The Black Parade (2006)whose special reissue will be available this October 23.

“Someone Out There Loves You” was recorded live during a concert the band played in Hoboken, New Jersey, in 2007. The performance appeared untitled on the DVD The Black Parade Is Dead!; However, the song returns as a preview of the special reissue of one of the most outstanding albums of his career.

For years, this track was identified as “Stay”since he did not have an official title. Despite having remained a kind of rarity, something that always stood out and that is now possible to appreciate with better quality is the energy of My Chemical Romance during that stage, a period that contributed to consolidating them as references of emo and alternative rock.

The reissue will bring together the 14 original songs from the album, along with six additional songs, including “Dead!”, “The Sharpest Lives” and “Someone Out There Loves You”three live recordings recorded during their Hoboken performance, plus three B-sides from “Heaven Help Us”, “Kill All Your Friends” and “My Way Home Is Through You”.
