AND Fabrizio Moro the winner of Canzonissima 2026. The Roman singer-songwriter won the final with “Il mio canto libero” by Lucio Battisti, winning over the audience and jury at the end of the final evening.
His interpretation, intense and measured, brought a classic of Italian song back to the center, reinterpreted with a personal and contemporary slant. A result that confirms Moro's artistic solidity and his ability to dialogue with the repertoire without losing identity.
The victory closes a followed and competitive edition, rewarding a proposal that combined recognisability and expressive depth.

GUESTS
Riccardo Rossi and Pierluigi Pardo will perform singing a hint of “E la vita la vita”, the famous 1974 song written by Enzo Jannacci and Renato Pozzetto, brought to success by the duo Cochi and Renato as the final theme of “Canzonissima”.
The new couple who will host, for Italy, the 70th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna – from 12 to 16 May – composed of Gabriele Corsi and Elettra Lamborghini will also be protagonists of the evening.
With them, Sal Da Vinci who will represent Italy, and will interpret his “Forever yes”. Milly Carlucci will also welcome you on stage Senhit, the winner of the San Marino Song Contest 2026 with her Superstar, written together with Boy George.
Accompanying the singers in the live performances will be the 25-piece orchestra directed by Maestro Luigi Saccà; some performances will be enriched by a dance troupe choreographed by Matteo Addino.
THE JURY
Returning to the song competition, three voting members will always comment on the performances and contribute to the choice of the Canzonissima: a panel of personalities from the world of entertainment, the “Magnificent 7”, Claudio Cecchetto, Francesca Fialdini, Pierluigi Pardo, Riccardo Rossi, Simona Izzo, Caterina Balivo and Giacomo Maiolini, the singers themselves – who will be able to vote for their favorite song excluding their own – and the public, involved through social media.
THE VARIOUS EPISODES
Each episode is built around a specific theme:
• The song of the heart: a song by other artists that inspired their career.
• Dedication: a song by others to dedicate to someone or something special.
• The first success: the piece from one's repertoire with which the relationship with the public began.
• Sanremo's revenge: a song that didn't win at the Festival, but remained in people's hearts.
• The song I wish I had written: a loved and admired song that every artist would have wanted to sign.
• Your greatest hit: the signature song of your career.
