Fat Dog shows his softer side on “Heart of Darkness”

This Friday, October 2nd arrives Cancel Me (I’m Tired)the new album material from Fat Dog. As one of the last previews before being able to enjoy the full album, the group presents “Heart of Darkness”a single that reveals a softer side of the band led by Joe Love.

With “Heart of Darkness”, Fat Dog addresses the complications of a romantic relationship, while accompanied by a sound that mixes electronic, folk and post-punk elements, thus creating an atmosphere that seems to go through different moods, and even among them a touch of humor stands out when mentioning that you will end up seeing Shrek 5 completely alone.

After the launch of WOOF (2024), the band’s first album, Fat Dog decided to create a proposal that mixes electro-punk, art-pop, rock’n’roll and even small touches of space-country. Now, Cancel Me (I’m Tired) arrives after “Call It What You Want”, “Shit Love” and “Go Fuck Urself”a series of previews that have shown different sides of the album and show the evolution of the group.

Cancel Me (I’m Tired) It will be available on traditional black vinyl, translucent green vinyl, a limited edition picture disc with a PVC sleeve, CD and digital format. With “Heart of Darkness”, Fat Dog shows the evolution of their proposal without losing the energy that has characterized the group.
