“One Car Hits Another” combines elements of Britpop and indie rock with electronic touches, where the voice of Semones creates an enveloping atmosphere, resulting in a track melancholic with luminous nuances. On the other hand, the lyrics can be interpreted as a statement about loss, which is assumed under a posture of acceptance and resignation while everything happens.

According to Andy Wrightmember of Panchikothe inspiration for the piece came from imagining a car accident as a kind of serene waltz, watched in slow motion by those who witnessed the impact. Likewise, he compared the collision between two vehicles with a handshake, two actions that refer to an encounter, but that can have completely different consequences.

Through “One Car Hits Another”, Panchiko inaugurates a new stage in his career.
