OMAH LAY, pseudonym of Stanley Omah Didia, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and producer. Considered one of the most influential voices of the new Afrobeats scene, he has conquered international audiences thanks to a style that blends Afro-fusion, R&B and melancholic melodies. OMAH LAY achieved success in 2020 with the Get Layd EP, driven by tracks like Bad Influence and You. The project quickly established him as one of the most important emerging artists in contemporary African music. In the following years he consolidated his global presence with international collaborations and hits such as Understand, Soso and Reason. In 2022 he released his first album Boy Alone, positively received for its ability to describe vulnerability, loneliness and personal growth through modern sounds and emotional atmospheres. On April 3, 2026 he released the new album CLARITY OF MIND, containing the single DON'T LOVE ME. With 12 million monthly listeners on Spotify, OMAH LAY is today considered one of the symbolic artists of the new African generation: capable of combining introspection, contemporary melodies and a strong artistic identity, contributing to the global diffusion of Afrobeats.
