Harry Styles: world record for his residency at Wembley

Music news

The pop singer's series of twelve concerts at Wembley Stadium becomes the longest residency ever by an artist in the legendary London venue.

Harry Styles' residency at London's Wembley Stadium wrapped up on Saturday — and its conclusion was accompanied by a record-breaking one. On Monday, Guinness World Records announced that this series of concerts now constitutes the longest residency by a musician at Wembley, with twelve dates under the clock.

This London visit was part of the residency tour that Harry Styles is devoting to his fourth studio album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally., went straight to number one on the Billboard 200 upon its release in March. This is his fourth solo album to top this chart.

Shania Twain opened for this series at Wembley, extended from six to twelve dates in response to demand. The record surpasses that held by Coldplay, who gave ten concerts at the venue during their Music of the Spheres world tour in 2025.

The Together, Together tour began in Amsterdam on May 17, with ten evenings at the Johan Cruijff Arena. It was Harry Styles' first tour in three years, focusing on songs from his new album. “These songs were designed for the stage: hearing them in a huge room, among strangers, that’s how they were supposed to be experienced”wrote WECB about its opening concert. “His group has grown, with brass instruments, dancers, backing singers and – on certain pieces – a string section, making nearly twenty musicians on stage. »

The Together, Together tour will then head to Brazil and Mexico during the summer, before Harry Styles takes up residence at Madison Square Garden in New York for a gigantic thirty-date residency, from August 26 to October 31.
