Nickelback announce the release of their new studio album, Everything Under The Sun, available October 30, 2026 via Virgin Music Group.

On the occasion of the announcement they also present the first single Rattle The Cage (feat. John 5).

Nickelback's first new work since 2022's Get Rollin', Everything Under The Sun arrives at a time of renewed momentum for one of the longest-running and most beloved rock bands on the international scene. Building on the success of the acclaimed documentary Hate to Love: Nickelback and the triumph of the Get Rollin' World Tour, the fastest to sell-out and best-attended tour of their career, Nickelback continues to enrich an artistic legacy that has grown stronger over time.

Every side of our band is on this album,” says Chad Kroeger.

There are songs that hit as hard as anything we've done so far, songs that dare and others that remind us why we've been playing together for so long. Rattle The Cage seemed like the perfect choice to open the dance: it contains all the energy we receive from the stage every evening and we can't wait for the audience to hear it.»

As the title suggests, Everything Under The Sun encompasses all the facets that have made Nickelback one of the greatest rock bands in the world. Over the course of the album, powerful arena anthems alternate with more introspective songs, irresistible melodies, imposing guitars and that unmistakable alchemy that has characterized the band for over thirty years.

Opening the new chapter is “Rattle The Cage” (feat. John 5), an explosive preview of the album. Powerful, loud and overwhelming, the song captures the energy that is created every night between the band and the audience in arenas around the world. Hammering riffs, enthralling choruses and unstoppable energy perfectly convey the collective spirit that has always characterized Nickelback concerts.

In recent years this extraordinary popularity has reached new heights. The Netflix documentary Hate to Love: Nickelback has become a global phenomenon, remaining in the platform's Top 10 worldwide for weeks and giving fans an unprecedented look into the band's history. At the same time, the Get Rollin' World Tour broke every attendance record, confirming Nickelback among the best live acts in contemporary rock.

Everything Under The Sun was born precisely from this moment of great momentum, while looking decisively to the future. The album is both a celebration of everything the band has achieved and proof that their creativity continues to burn as brightly as ever.
